End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and the developers of the DataPress Integration plugin ("we", "us", or "our").

1. License Grant​

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the commercial version of the DataPress Integration plugin, including updates and support services, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions​

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the plugin without written permission
  • Reverse engineer or modify the plugin beyond the scope of the MIT license
  • Use the plugin in violation of applicable laws or regulations

3. Support and Updates​

Support and updates are provided only to customers with an active commercial license. We reserve the right to discontinue support for outdated versions.

4. Termination​

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate it if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the plugin and destroy any copies.

5. Limitation of Liability​

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the plugin.

6. Governing Law​

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of your jurisdiction unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

By using the commercial version of the DataPress Integration plugin, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
